Have you finished packing yet? Have your tickets and vehicle passes printed out and handy? Here is some important information for your arrival in the dust.
We are located on the corner of 8:30 and Ellison, so we’re really easy to find. Our team will not be on Playa until Aug 19 at the earliest.
Checking In:
When you arrive, park in front of the Pub and come find Tiedown (Placement Cygnet), Guami (Camp Daddy), or Acacia (Services Cygnet)…or just ask for a manager and we’ll get you sorted.
While we do have a rudimentary map, we always have a surprise or two when we hit the playa, so actual spaces will be assigned when you check in. If you have a tent that is 10×10 or less and have asked for shade, please connect with Tiedown before setting up. Remember, shade is on a first-come, first-served basis and is for smaller tents.
RVs, Campers and Trailers will be placed around the perimeter. Place your generators away from tent campers. We also have designated parking for cars/trucks not being used as your shelter.
Point your exhaust away from tent campers. Seriously. There have been fatalities at BRC.
We will need to leave service/fire lanes available, so do not set up your rig until given the official OK.
