The Secure Ticket Exchange Program (STEP) for 2025 opened May 19 at 12pm (noon) PDT. STEP facilitates the safe resale of authentic tickets and vehicle passes that have been purchased directly from Burning Man — it is the only guaranteed safe way to buy or sell tickets outside of regular sales.
